Process Serving
Served Kelowna Process Servers provides law firms and individuals with reliable document delivery and affidavit service to meet their specific needs. We give special attention to each case, and are willing to go out of our way to get the documents into the hands of the party being served.
Our servers stay in close contact with you by phone or email to keep you up to date on the progress of your service. Our rates are based on a flat fee, plus mileage. Discounts are available for serving multiple documents at a single address.
Process Serving
- Local document pick up from your firm, or it can be emailed/mailed to us
- Affidavit of Service
- Commissioner Service
- Service includes up to 15 minutes of wait time
- Email or phone confirmation of delivery
- Delivery will be attempted at different times; morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, to try and complete the service (fee applies for attempted unsuccessful service).
